Our first real overlanding adventure took us 11,000 kilometres from Norway to Greece and back. Six weeks on the road, unfamiliar countries, brutal summer heat, and a rooftop tent that became an oven. It was the trip that tested us, brought us closer together, and showed us what life on the road could be.

It started out life with us as a bone stock model, slowly we have transformed this Jeep into a purpose built rig, meant to take us whereever we want to go.

It started as a boy in the mountains of Trøndelag, walking beside my father. Years of solo trips through Rondane and Jotunheimen followed — then overlanding. Fuglstad Explores is now based in Greece, with Eleni as a vital part of both the adventures and the life we are building around them.
